Hobby update
It's been a while since I posted about hobby stuff. I've been pretty busy with work and just keeping on top of not dying, so there's not much to say.
For Warhammer, I've started Grey Knights, and picked up the air version of Grey Knight Steel paint to do their blue steel armour. Since my army consists of 12 models so far, it should be easy to get done, but with all of the other projects I've already got going... :/ I'm starting to feel a bit 'rudderless' with my painting now, since I have so many projects and so little desire to do much of anything that I start one thing and get bored after completing one or two colours then move onto something else to repeat the process.
For Flames of War, I've gotten into Fallschirmjager and Hungarians, bought a whole lot of German stuff from one friend and being given some more from another. And I'm repainting my T-34s to be more of a forest green, although I do want to find a way to tint it to be a bit more on the 'pure' green side (although not by much) - I thought Coelia Greenshade would work for this (and it does somewhat) but unfortunately making a shade into more of a glaze is frustrating and tedious, so I ended up getting the Mortarion Green Clear air paint this afternoon to test out tomorrow.
Anyway, I'll post pictures when I feel like I can be bothered doing so. Until then, happy hobbying :)
