How do you feel about Mike Babcock having to resign after asking Columbus Blue Jackets players to see their pictures on their personal smart phones? Would you let someone at work in a position of authority over your job see pictures on your phone?

Nothing exciting on my phone but the answer would be no.
spjennifer · 56-60, T
@Adrift On mine either but "personal phone" says it all, none of his business. Now if it was a company phone, he might have had the right to ask but even then...

sounds creepy to me

Bacock is a great couch but a terrible people person, he deserves it
spjennifer · 56-60, T
@fortycreek Yeah, I can just imagine the young player who's on the last year of his entry level deal and if he refused Babcock, it could greatly affect the amount of ice time he gets and who he plays with and thus what he earns over the next 5-8 years. Babcock's just a terrible person period.

Personal phone. Never. Work phone? Of course.
spjennifer · 56-60, T
@Neoerectus Yeah, a phone provided and paid for by your employer is a whole other thing but then anyone stupid enough to put personal photos on a work phone deserves what they get but I have seen that happen.
My personal pictures on my phone are my business, unless I'm suspected of leaking secrets.

@LordShadowfire Even then and "Innocent until proven guilty" applies here too, plus they'd need a warrant to access it.
@spjennifer Damn right. No warrant, no access.
