@windinhishair I agree. Bedard has been waiting his whole hockey life to play against NHL caliber guys.

I saw some highlights of Sloan’s goals. He looks pretty good. I’ve never heard of the guy before reading the rookie invites list.

@Canuckle Never heard of him either. Have to keep an eye on him. I think they play again tonight.

@windinhishair I’m not sure what the schedule is for them. I haven’t looked to see if they are free streaming the games or not. I know the game was on 630 ched last night. Do you think Lavoie will be given a good shot on the main club this year? I’m hoping they try him on the right side with Draisatl.

@Canuckle The game was on my youtube feed this morning so I watched it. I listen to every game I can on CHED, but I'm on Eastern Time so some of the late games I only listen to the first period or so.

I think they'll take a good look at Lavoie. Not sure if he'll make it or not, especially since they have to slot Brown in now.

@windinhishair True it could all hinge on whether or not Brown and McDavid work out well together.

I’ll have to look at YouTube and see if it’s posted.

@Canuckle McDavid and Brown played together for the Erie Otters so they have great familiarity with each other.
