Interesting video - Off ice activities are important, but one ice is where Bedard will shine. Hope Bedard just made a fleeting comment and just needs to learn the media focus that’s on him now as as NHL up and coming star.

I guess the coach is just trying to come up with new tactics. I can understand Bedard wanting to be on the ice though. I guess time will tell if it's gonna work.

I don't have much faith in the Leafs this year with the addition of some new management people, But what the hell else is new. hahaha

@Canuckle yeah true.... finally some tough guys which they were sorely lacking. I never understood why they didn't let Simmons play in the playoffs...he was about the only tough player on the team.
They also signed Domi and another guy can't remember his name but all three including Ryan are tough boys. Whoo hoo maybe I'll start having some faith 😁

@Lilymoon Yes Domi will be a positive addition as well. They have greater team toughness. They both are good character team players. It should be a good year for them and crossing my fingers that Mathew’s plays up to his expectations.

@Canuckle Yeah especially the Leafs when all eyes are on you. It's a lot of pressure. Also I kinda wish we'd get better goaltending. They never seem to last and most are sub par. 🤷‍♀️ Murray was pretty much useless lol but one never knows I suppose.

@Lilymoon I agree. I think they have too much inexperience tied up in their goaltending. They better hope Samsonov plays injury free for the year and plays better than last year.

@Lilymoon yes they do or maybe CUJO will come out of retirement.

They haven’t had good and consistent goaltending for a long time.
