why needy people are often rejected

[c=003BB2]i'm not needy, maybe only for love from a romantic partner, that's all....but what i have observed in life in my own experience and others as well....when you come across as too needy, if you show that....women reject you and you never hear from them again...why is this? from what i understand, neediness is a natural mortal thing and is part of being a human being.

so are you supposed to fully hide neediness and repress it, if you want relationships? why can't you just be yourself and be accepted for what you are?[/c]

You can be yourself so long as you put the same amount of energy into supporting the other person.

If there’s any imbalance it doesn’t work.

I would say I'm more clingy than anything. I've only encountered people who hate that, but the thing is when I'm in the relationship, they never say, "here's how you can do better" they just up and leave 🙄.

I thought 2 people are supposed to work together in a relationship, not be at each other's throats.

And this is probably why I'm single. I done gave up trying.
