It never used to be like that. And I don't know about other sites but it doesn't seem to be true here. Most of the time I see posts that are angry at everything and everyone.

And some of them have a very high opinion of self, like all they are is one big asset, lol. Look at the recent stories. 🤦

Meh… I can’t wait until my work goes back to in-person. 🤣🤣🤣. Then this account will probably ‘poof’. I don’t do the angry Internet fighting though, or at least I try not to get sucked into it.

Eh, I dont know. It really depends on the site honestly.

There are people on Quora who truly do take pride in contributing to that online community.

There were people like that on EP too in the earlier days.

And there use to be some here like back in 2017 or so.

These days though you may be right more often that you'd be wrong. There's a fair bit of toxicity here.
