I can hold my breathe over a minute

My record is 130 seconds so far, but I'm still trying to reach 3 minutes, then maybe 5 if that's possible. :D

When I swim, I can't hold my breathe for more than 20 seconds, cuz of my fast heart rate. Its easier if I'm doing nothing. :/
