If i have time just for me i try to get outside, run, wild swim, bit of photography followed by parking up with a nice view a good podcast and a cup of decent coffee

i make a bunch of friendship bracelets and keychains. it's cheap and there are hundreds of thousands of designs for them online.

Sometimes it's reading and sometimes I look for a movie that I know will have a happy ending so I can just relax and enjoy.
I love to read especially before sleep as it calms me and helps me to sleep
