Does everything you do have to be “good for you”? It makes you happy, helps you enjoy life, probably even helps you make or maintain friendships, that’s how it’s good for you.
@PetalsOfLilac Stop saying you hate hobbies. I just explained why they really are good for you. There’s no reason to beat yourself up about it anymore.
