I'm trying to find a decent bowie knife for myself. I use to have one that my wife gave me for our first anniversary, but when a**holes broke into my apartment it was stolen. Here's a peek at what mine looked like when I had it.
There are knife brands everywhere but so few are actually decent. I hope that someone here might know a thing or two about them. Any suggestions?

Not too sure about brands. I either make my knives, find them, or they’re gifted to me. Just look for the thickest, sturdiest blade. My husband recently got a KA-Bar(or something like that) fighting knife and it’s beautiful…
