What cancled video game makes you sad?

Prey 2. It's a damn shame. :-(

[i]Half-Life 2: Episode Three[/i]

I know it's never been officially canceled but come on, nearly 10 years of silence? It's not happening and if it does happen, it's going to be like [i]Duke Nukem Forever[/i] at this point. Outdated, disappointing and absolutely nothing like the game we were initially promised.

Agreed, even if they did make it, by todays standards, Valve is a pretty bad game developer lol they made good games before, but they are bad at keeping up with the times xD

@Fangirlsarah1996: I used to think they were the greatest developer in the industry but now I hate their guts. They don't make video games anymore, they make money. 🤑 Guess that's what happens when greed takes over.

@Carver: They're a very good games distributor, so as a company they're pretty good.

But they are in no way developers anymore, HL3 is dead, always has been.

@MalteseFalconPunch: Well franchises can die in the third game, look at Modern Warfare, the third instalment was the worst of them all, and Infinity Ward are haunted by it, constantly making clones of that formula (Ghosts and Infinite Warfare)

Mass Effect was never an RPG though, it was more a cinematic shooter and the treat didn't seem like it was just "there" y'know?

You barely saw the Collectors and they were always tough to fight, then the suicide mission and the soundtrack? Awesomeness.

ME3 had none of that.

@Carver: Bioware are still one of the best out there, they're just owned by EA, which sucks for them lol

@Fangirlsarah1996: My sister tells me that they've bounced back and are putting out complex quality games again (i.e. Dragon Age Inquisition) but I don't care anymore. They've pissed me off one too many times.

@Carver: I think Dragon Age 2 was their only real "bad" game, due to it just being a hack and slash, apart from that their games are still very high quality.

Just Mass Effect 3 was pretty anti-climatic, you can tell EA rushed them at that point, they simply ran out of time sadly.

@Carver: EA do it all the time, theres a reason they win "Worst game publisher" awards year after year lol

(They do have an eye for talent though, Visceral, Dice, Bioware, all make or have made very high quality games in the past)
