At what age did you realize you were too old for something?

It's a gradual realisation I am too old for some things, but now things I felt too young for just seem fine.
It's like a door open a door close theory.

Around 33 or something. Binge-watching and staying up late is getting really hard for me. By 1 a.m. I am knocked out. Life's sucking too much out of me or has been sucking too much out of me.
