They are probably very strict and probably everyone is behind their first month... and they should be understanding as they went through it too

If they are strict, it is to make their trainees the best they can possibly BE. Instead of thinking about YOU, think about their kindness in TRAINING you in a strict and HIGHLY professional manner. GLORY in the quality of your training.
