PLEASE HELP

Hellooooo! It’s my very first actual duty in a hospital and that hospital happens to make me feel like they are strict so I’m worried and I don’t have complete materials and knowledges. I’m very nervous right now. Any tips to stop being nervous because I really want to make a good first impression without looking like a wimp even though I am kinda a wimp considering I’m behind. 😭

just do as much as you can the best you can. and reverse those two for priorities, in general.

They are probably very strict and probably everyone is behind their first month... and they should be understanding as they went through it too
