What are the first signs of mild deppression?

I suffer severe depression so I'm not sure about mild . I guess the symptoms would be the same just not as bad .
Not wanting to get out of bed , self loathing , suicidal thoughts , feeling a burden and a major fuck up . Wanting to cry and gnawing pain inside .
There's many more .

Depression is a horrible thing... if you think you have it, and you can't manage it... get some help.. you won't regret it

First thing you need to do is ask you doctor for a blood work prescription.

cover the basics: nutrition, hydration, exercise and rest. avoid caffeine and alcohol until you know what's up/feel better.

also, ask your doc to give you an order for blood work to check for nutritional deficiencies and whatnot.

How would I know its present apart from feeling slow and lonesome? I dint like to self diagnose that means google too bc its similar. my doctor took blood test and all results are normal last time i visited was because of tiredness n sleep issues,
