What are the first signs of mild deppression?

I need serious answers I think somethings up. Also Im heavily tired for no reason.

How would I know its present apart from feeling slow and lonesome? I dint like to self diagnose that means google too bc its similar. my doctor took blood test and all results are normal last time i visited was because of tiredness n sleep issues,
