ive been feeling the blues for about a week now, havnt felt like this in a while, but I know I can move through this depression. I just feel lonely and dissconnected ... anyone else feeling this right now?
Cant say i am but ive definitely been there. Try to think about the positive things in your life. Dont focus on the negative. And sounds dumb...but try to smile. Just fake it even if u are alone. There is something psychological that happens in your brain when you smile. Hope it helps a teeny bit. 😀
What is your favorite thing to do when you are in a funk? I really think mine is yoga/any type of exercise...I also really like reading a book called happy yoga by Steve ross, the son of painter Bob ross, great book I will recommend to any human
