How many times you brush your teeth and take shower a day?

I'm not fully awake until I've dragged myself into a shower. Most of the time it's like I've just woken up up there.

Shower at least twice, more if I've been gardening or housework, and teeth constantly through the day..

Shower in morning and before bed - clean my teeth every time I go to the toilet - its a bit of a bad habit !

Either teeth are white or gums are bright red with all the brushing lol!

Two times and in weekend thrice

First thing and after my workout too
