There's a whole lot more attention being placed on the mind/body connection and it's far overdue. The human body has an extraordinary ability to heal itself and a big part of that is the mind. Obviously, the medical industry will tend to discount it because it's bad for business but they are integrating "mindful" practices in traditional medicine.

Emotional health always effects your physical health. Laughter releases endorphin's, which relieves physical tension and stress. When you're depressed your serotonin levels drop. Your skin converts sunlight into Vitamin D and boots serotonin production. So thats why it's a good idea to take a walk out in the sun when you're feeling blue.

Very well said and insightful and informative and how true it is, yes the body and mind are definetly connected
If I'm not feeling well mentally, I feel physically drained and exhausted, even weak. When I'm physically not feeling well, my mental health is affected. Thankfully, I'm very spiritually attuned, so that helps me get through those rough patches.
