ntn22r; You're in your 30's I see. It's now become a danger to your life. Was there no plan for you to ever be healthy? I'm sure you look up and see your 'HOT' friends. What do you think they feel about you? Wouldn't you rather be considered HOT? This 'weight loss' is inexpensive. Merely common sense. Example... What are your first thoughts when viewing a stranger."He wouldn't be too bad if he took off a few inches in the waist.
You gotta move. If at home get down on the carpet floor and stretch. Move those muscles and pull the legs up to your chest.

I eat donuts and lounge around the house all day long. Yeah I know I'm an amazing Olympic athlete
45 min strength workouts err'day 4-5 times a week.

I alternate work-out days when I get home around 10pm. Either I go jogging around a local mountain for an hour, or I'll hit the jump rope for 1,200 jumps followed by planks and sit-ups. Does me pretty well :)

@ExploringThoughts...Good for you. So many people assume they make the payments to the GYM and forget to work out... or at least to 'warm-up'
I have a long line of family members with heart issues. Yes everyone was/is extremely overweight.
I stay fit for a multiple amount of reasons. I love life. I want to live as long as I possibly can. Taking off the extra weight will allow my heart to be free. I have Chromes Disease. I have to watch what I eat... and am aware the items that if eaten will bring on another attack. I walk a lot, and often. I feel my legs cramp up when the weather doesn't permit me to take my walks. I have made excuses to others when I want to move, to thrust out one leg then another. I want to be an example. Still I know, I am not. They simply don't care that maybe tomorrow wont come.
Summers are hot...here in Florida anyway. Many of the Fashion Malls open early for those who want to use the A.C. and walk. Stores don't open for another 3 to 4 hours, but you can walk or jog through the con-course.
I am not a jogger. Used to have a bicycle till someone stole it.

I walk at least an hour everyday, and try to watch how much I eat.
