A long-term illness, like MS, Asthma, Autism (not really an illness more a condition), Cystic Fibrosis, you know what I mean..

I saw it defined as BMI above 40, or above 35 if you have related health issues. @RenFur

Thanks for the correction. I can understand now why BMI is so critical.
