@hiddenkitty: do you have a prescription for gaba for a particular reason? I began taking it for diabetic peripheral neuropathy about 10 years ago and the prescription has been steadily increased from 300 to 1800mg/day. I've never gotten a good feeling from it

It means swallowing the powder. It involved breaking up a tablet into a powder, or opening up a capsule and taking the powder out.
