Should the unvaccinated not be treated in the hospitals? Why?

If it is a private hospital then that hospital should have the right to refuse service to anyone no matter what. Healthcare is a business much like any other business.

Healthcare is a business much like any other business.

- In very many democratic countries health care is a social issue, socially funded in whole or in part.
- Even as a business it's not "like any other business".

Prioritizing Covid patients vs others is an ethical dilemma. The untreated heart problem endangers only one person. Turned-away Covid carriers will endanger everyone they meet. That they may in a sense have 'brought it on themselves' (by not being vaccinated) doesn't change that.
