For quite a few of these ailments, especially the blood sugar ones, I would recommend intermittent fasting. If you’ve a mind to, look it up, check it out, give it a try. I had insulin resistance which is a precursor to type 2 diabetes. Now gone. My cells properly absorb nutrition again and I no longer overproduce insulin.
