How do you get rid of a headache?

I just lay down in the dark

Kind of depends on why you have it, but pain killers, water, and calm/dark surroundings

Extra strength Tylenol.

Hot showers, sleep, and sometimes ibuprofen.

I take Aleve.

I very rarely get headaches but Advil works for me.
