Is everyone okay with opening up society so soon?

Germany eased restrictions and the infection rate increased 3 fold.
The US death rate has jumped above 1500 cases a day, again.
House viewings are to resume in England.
I think it is way too early to open. but I am not doing it tough and only have cost of living expenses. No Bills.
So for those who have Family, Mortgages, and other bills to pay I can see the reasoning of opening up society, I hope that there is not a catastrophic infection rate increase as a result.

The deal was supposed to be that everyone isolated to buy time to ramp up mass testing, hospital capacity, treatment and work towards a vaccine, and the government would make that possible by tapping into its reserves and influencing the richest corporations to keep people on economic life support.

Some governments haven't stuck to that deal, they've let the middle class go broke without doing the preparation needed to reopen, they are in a far worse position now and primed for an inevitable 2nd wave.
