		Cut back on sugar, caffeine, practice calming techniques you find online, if something is worrying you try to get it out of your mind by keeping busy, exercise, talk to a trusted friend or relative. 		Exercise/activity helps me get distracted. Sometimes I sing. Sometimes I sing about how anxiety will go away and everything will be ok. Other times I just... am anxious. You just gotta sit with the discomfort and recognize it won't last forever.
