Cut back on sugar, caffeine, practice calming techniques you find online, if something is worrying you try to get it out of your mind by keeping busy, exercise, talk to a trusted friend or relative. If you have a problem, seek solutions on the subject. It's very calming to have someone who's been there reassure you.

Exercise/activity helps me get distracted. Sometimes I sing. Sometimes I sing about how anxiety will go away and everything will be ok. Other times I just... am anxious. You just gotta sit with the discomfort and recognize it won't last forever.

I try to distract myself. It doesn't work most of the time, though.
Take ashwagandha and l-theanine. I'd lose my shit if I didn't 🤷‍♀️
