Diagnosed with a terminal disease would you accept treatment?

Treatment would prolong your life by 2 years, but it comes with bad side effects.
I would reject treatment and only go with end of life Palliative care

No...I'd wait for the last few months and then go on a killing spree in 'one of those troublesome countries'!

this is a real part of my life,,
my choice? screw a long nasty decline as the Dr tries .
Imma goingg to go paliative, and stay adventuring as long as i can.

No. I've seen what cancer treatment does. I've also seen what refusing such treatment does. I choose the latter.

I had to make that choice. I choose to keep fighting until it's not worth it anymore.

I don’t think I’d be worth the medical bills someone else would have to pay

No, not like it would make a significant difference anyway.
Would depend on how bad the side effects.
Have to keep fighting, always.

Depends on quality of life.
Seen people HANG on while suffering physically and mentally

[@991775,JAYS21] I have watched people in terrible pain whilst receiving treatment.
No one should suffer at the end.
