Diagnosed with a terminal disease would you accept treatment?(both)

Treatment would prolong your life by 2 years, but it comes with bad side effects.
I would reject treatment and only go with end of life Palliative care

this is a real part of my life,,
my choice? screw a long nasty decline as the Dr tries .
Imma goingg to go paliative, and stay adventuring as long as i can.
