They are two different treatments. Massage feels great and gets the juices flowing, breaks up lactic acid crystals, drains the lymphatic system, etc.
Chiropractic re-centers the spinal column taking pressure off the nerves.
I have received both monthly for the past 30 years and am in great health compared to others my age. Not me talking, but any doc that gives me an exam says that. They seem disappointed that there is nothing for them to treat.
