It looks like something is starting to happen in one of your tonsils. I had a ton of trouble with them myself when I was little, so I'm pretty familiar with what infected ones look like.

I'd say to have it checked, b/c what IF it is a bacterial/strep? Hopefully not but Either way if it is strep, they can put you right on some antibiotics, and if it isn't, it's prob. a virus that might just take a week or so to feel better... good luck :)
