Is my throat okay? White dots on left side?

So earlier, I noticed my throat was scratchy. I took a picture, and this is what I saw. Is this normal..? (Only serious answers, please.)

It looks like something is starting to happen in one of your tonsils. I had a ton of trouble with them myself when I was little, so I'm pretty familiar with what infected ones look like.
