If you just start a new medication and you are feeling some negative side effects,

Normally the information that came with the meds comes with a "Stop medication immediately if you have these symptoms" list.
Otherwise it tends to say to talk to your doctor if other symptoms persist. So, unless on the one list, it's probably best to keep going until you can speak to your doctor again.
