I’m afraid of dying from old age?
How do I avoid it at 25 years old. I don’t want dye because of my old age. I’m afraid of death. So I won’t sleep for rest of my life

nothing is more scary then not being able to get your breath because you are having a heart attack
BP gets high you worry
glucose (sugar ) gets high you worry
Not for you ,,but for the people you love ,,no one likes loosing loved ones
As for me ..I'm ready
I go to the ER because of my family ,,they are already freaking
God forbid I die ,, I hate the thought of how it will be when I finally do pass
I won't care anymore ,,but I hate the pain they will go through
It was hard loosing my Mom and Dad
But look dude ,,if you spend your life worried
and don't do things they can look back and be proud of your life
all they will have is images of a coward ,,that spent his whole life afraid to die ,,and never lived
