I have worked out at the gym with bare feet hundreds of times,and all my martial arts training is done with bare feet.I just love to leave my feet bare it feels great.

@nudydude It is healthy yes,my feet are very tough and strong,with thick hard skin on the soles,as well as all the strike areas I use in karate like the backs of my heels and the outside edges of my feet.

I do Pilates barefoot. In fact, that was a big reason I chose it for working out.

With shoes, and mainly if I am low on socks. Once I work out in socks, I have to wash them. If I don't work out in them, maybe I can wear them again.
