For those who don't put clean clothes away and throw dirty clothes on the floor, do you keep track of what is clean and what is not?

If you keep yourself organized and practice basic hygiene rules, this doesn't even have to be an issue.

@MarkPaul Yeah, I am organized. All my clothes are either on hangers, in drawers, or in a laundry basket.
