correct position
sit up straight
enlongate your neck/ lift your head/do not lift your chin up/ make a triple chin chin tuck
as if to touch the ceiling with the top of your head
then move your fingers up and down the back your neck
massage the cervical spine
retract your head /backwards

Keep moving it, or it will get worse & cease up completely. Try some gentle neck exercises (stretches), carefully roll your head from side to side & lol as far left/right as you can. A hot water bottle will help, too with paracetamol
