You can get flu like symptoms since the shot introduces the body to different strains of the flu in order to prepare the immune system to fight it off the next time it comes into contact with it, but I believe it’s pretty rare to actually get the flu after getting the flu shot. Still possible, but rare.

@Pikachu If your immune system is compromised enough, like how someone I know who had gotten chemotherapy a couple times for cancer is~ It might be possible; I can ask her next time she's online.
But essentially yeah it's incredibly unlikely if even possible to get the flu from it otherwise; it's a very controlled batch.
