It's possible to lose weight and eat nothing but junk food. It's not healthy, but it's possible. As long as you're burning more calories than you're consuming you will lose weight. When we consume more calories than we burn our bodies store the extra energy as fat. If we burn more calories than we consume our bodies break fat cells down to create energy.

☝️exactly what he said @Thespis

Diet is around 80% of the work of losing weight.
NiftyWhite · 46-50, F
@Xuan12 people say this but i don’t agree with it for myself. . i can lose weight just by moving more, but i never lose weight just by dieting.

@NiftyWhite I would watch your eating habits while you're in an exercise routine. It's not exactly intuitive, but the right kind if exercise helps supress hunger.

Ya like bust your gut cardio till you die makes me never wanna eat again. @Xuan12

sure it’s “possible”. but depends who you are - like how old you are and what your body is like and what it does physiologically

I mean, if you eat ONE meal four out of seven days and train like crazy on the back, you'd still lose weight, just not in a very healthy way

Depends. Are you having a half cup of ice cream or a half gallon? It’s all about portion sizes.
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
Mostly depends on just how much junk food.
KingofPizza2 · 36-40, M
Sure! That doesn’t mean it’ll be a good kind of weight loss though.

Elessar · 26-30, M

Yes. It's just harder.
