Have you ever experienced sleep paralysis?

I get that a lot when I sleep from exhaustion, but usually I just stay still and ignore my surroundings lol trying to wiggle my way out of it

Not as far as I know, but I do thrash around a lot and scream and cry. And I've no idea why. PTSD maybe. For the first time since I moved away from my parents home, I am completely safe and happy. Yet, [i]now [/i] the nightmares start.

Yes. It was very unpleasant the first time since I didn't know what was happening. The next couple of times, I quickly recognized what was happening and took it a little better but it still wasn't too pleasant.

it happened to me a lot when I was in college (stress can cause sleep paralysis); it is really scary, like being trapped in your own body.
