@wakanda4eva lack of sleep and a terrible sleep schedule can cause it and that’s actually one way recommended to get out of it and staying calm as most people panic.
@Stark yeahhh fuk dat shiet lol my sleep schedule is whack, probably cos I don have any specific time to wake up so I can sleep whenever I want, it's a blessing and a curse 🙈
