Have you ever experienced sleep paralysis?

@SW-User is it during the dream or after you’re already conscious ?

I’ve experienced it numerous times where I feel like I’m awake, but I can’t movie, speak, and sometimes feel like I can’t breathe. Although just now it actually felt like someone was holding my legs down and I felt a weight on my back.

@Stark I remember one time I wasn't able to speak and while trying hard to speak, I finally made a weird sound that I think my brother thought I'm possessed by a demon! 😅 Was very awkward!

@SW-User Yeah, I’m usually never able to speak and weird sounds just come out when I try to. 😂
