Have you ever had to deal with a clinically insane person? What was it that made you get involved?

Yes, I used to work with patients with alzheimers and dementia. Some of them had violent spells. We also had those we called sundowners, because their condition would get worse around that time of day. Some of them would start screaming, or refuse to come out of their rooms.
