I'm addicted to smoking so much. If I let myself without a cigarette for an hour, I feel huge headache ??

I know smoking is not good. Is there any other way that I can get relief ??

Ecigs got me off cigarettes. They're quite good. Much more flavorful than cigs. All kinds of great flavors. Get a high PG base liquid for a throat hit. Like 70-80% PG to VG. Amd a high VG to PG ratio liquid for a lot of vapor, but a light throat hit.

I recommend Eleaf iStick, despite the dumb name. Good product. With a Melo 2 top.

I don't know of anything that can stop the withdrawal symptoms. But I can tell you that when I was quitting, it helped to go for a walk. I knew when I would begin to need a cigarette, and about five minutes before, I would go for a walk. Then when I got back, I would find something to keep my hands busy, like sewing or baking anything to keep me too busy to smoke. That would get me through a while, and then I'd have a cigarette maybe an hour late. But I only smoked about one every two hours.

Quitting cold is difficult, because it hurts, but the bad withdrawal only lasts three or four days, and if you can find a place to be away from people whenever you feel a bad reaction coming on, that is good too. And once it's over, you need to find other ways to get past the habit. Do you smoke while on the phone? Instead get paper and pencil and doodle while talking. Smoke when having a coffee? Instead, take your coffee to a different room and read or knit or sew, or whatever can keep your hands busy.

Lastly, I found that taking a few minutes to do some deep cleansing breaths, whenever you feel the desire for a cigarette, really helped.

Good luck. I've been smoke free for twenty two years, and have no desire to go back.

You can only quit by making up your own mind that you will.
I found it easy to quit, after 45 years of smoking, but only because I had a heart attack, I do not recommend that as an inducement!
Please consider your family, apart from the horrible smell of your breath and clothes, which you can only smell if you don't smoke. The cost is ridiculous, think of the amount of cash that you could save, I have calculated that I have saved £50,000 since I stopped in 2004. What could you do with £50k????
Then there is health, you are speeding up your death, no doubt about it, my brother died from lung cancer, caused by smoking, 8 years ago. It was a painful, horrible thing to see, I will never forget what he looked like before he died, emaciated and drugged up to relieve the pain.
You want relief, masturbate, it is very healthy and gets rid of headaches!

Nicotine patches or perhaps switching to e cigarettes/vaping lowering the amount of nicotine over a gradual time period.

Quit. Three days of hell, and a life time of freedom.

Cut down.
Reduce the amount you smoke but do it gradually so that your body doesn't react during withdrawal.
Even if it's one less a week it will make a difference.
