Yes, I lost about 6 stone in less than a year doing just that. I used to walk for a set time rather than distance though, just 30 minutes. It was good to get further each day.

I have walked 3-4 miles every day since June and I am down 55.5 pounds,so I would say it will really help if you walk every day.Congrats on your weight loss.☺

I think it might help. If not then hopefully you still have some nice scenery on your walk.
walking lots and eating properly will burn fat very quickly
