I walked 5 miles today?

If I do this every day, will this help with losing weight faster and I do eat healthy and don't skip meals or anything like that. I already lost 17 lbs.

I have walked 3-4 miles every day since June and I am down 55.5 pounds,so I would say it will really help if you walk every day.Congrats on your weight loss.☺
