weight loss tips?

ever since I started school again i’ve gained 10 pounds and I really want to lose it.

Excersise. Every common denominator of any diet is you have to burn more calories than you ingest.. what you eat is irrelevant if you eat 4000 calories and only burn 1200...
This is why most diets fail............

@Deadcutie it’s so stressful tbh. I try to stay under 2500-3000 calories but I keep stress eating and it’s terrible

2500-3000 calories is average for a adult male... you need to stay around 2000.

Swim.... swimming is fun and relaxes stress and the resistance doubles your calorie loss

@GreensCornbreadYams I was only making the point that Chinese people eat a ton of rice like you claimed. From experience, and experiences of others, calorie counting hasn't sufficiently helped weight lost. My flatmate counts her calories and hasn't lost anything. It's been months. I think what works for people depends on their body. Not everyone is the same. I don't count my calories and I'm able to stay petite. I've noticed some people get hungrier and binging more because of the counting. Now portions DO matter. I fully support that, but calories alone, I think is a joke.

it's in the carbs.

try to obtain lean meats, eggs, grass fed dairy.... frozen if not fresh vegetables/fruits.

water, mostly filtered... plumbing water is garbage and can contribute to intestinal issues.

@sighmeupforthat You need to eat carbs for energy. Plus, vegetables are carbs btw. I think it's fine to eat carbs, just depending on what type. Substitute with pasta made from chickpeas, for example, or eat sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes. I eat carbs for every meal and have a lean body. I stay away from dairy, but because my body doesn't like it. Weight-loss is 75% diet, she can eat what she likes but in moderation.

Take more good fats that keeps you satiated like avocado, raw nuts etc. As for losing that 10 pounds, do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and you are on your way:)

watch what you eat. eat more veggies and proteins stay away from starchesm carbs and sugars.

Walk fast everywhere you go always take the stairs not the elevator. Drink lots of water
Portion control , water and exercise is the healthy way.
