weight loss tips?

ever since I started school again i’ve gained 10 pounds and I really want to lose it.

Excersise. Every common denominator of any diet is you have to burn more calories than you ingest.. what you eat is irrelevant if you eat 4000 calories and only burn 1200...
This is why most diets fail............

@Deadcutie it’s so stressful tbh. I try to stay under 2500-3000 calories but I keep stress eating and it’s terrible

@breeyaaa self control.. your body doesn't care... you need to control yourself.. and for your info..
2500-3000 calories is average for a adult male... you need to stay around 2000.

Swim.... swimming is fun and relaxes stress and the resistance doubles your calorie loss
