It's unreasonable to expect to be happy 100% of the time, but surely being happy > 50% of the time is attainable; enough that joy outweighs sorrow.

Don’t stop at unreasonable. Don’t stop at anything. Believe in yourself and you’ll get there.

Being happy gets increasingly harder for most due to our current state of affairs. . We all have a set point of happiness, thus different for everyone.
