Should the frenulum be left intact?

If so, why?

The frenulum is a decent pleasure point on the glans of the penis.. so long as there is no physical deflection on erection Frenulum breve - a short frenulum.. there is no reason to excise it as part of a circumcision .. it really has nothing to do with a circumcision or the foreskin in the first place it is a distinct anatomical feature of the penis... Once the offensive foreskin is removed there is normally no reason to touch the frenulum... As I have said - in Jewish Circumcisions the frenulum is LEFT intact.. this is true for both infant circumcisions and of adult circumcisions done as part of a religious conversion..
